Due to high demand and limited capacity, Rosemary’s House cannot reserve an accepted writer’s position for more than ten days. In order to secure a spot, accepted writers must provide a €995 deposit within ten days of successful admission.

Once you have provided a deposit, you have 24 hours to receive a full refund. Such action will forfeit placement in the program. If you do not cancel within 24 hours, you are officially enrolled in the workshop.

Once enrolled, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Tuition must be paid in full, no later than eight weeks prior to the scheduled start date of the workshop.

Rosemary’s House is not responsible for additional costs incurred as a result of cancellation. In case of cancellation due to medical emergency, Rosemary’s House will provide credit towards a future retreat.

Please note that all participating writers must be aged 18 years and over. We reserve the right to ask any attendee to leave the retreat, if we consider their behaviour to be unacceptable or detrimental to the health or well-being of others on the retreat. In this case, you will not be entitled to a refund. Rosemary’s House reserves the right to make changes to the program.
